This class is how to grow microgreens at home-something you only find at the most expensive restaurants around. They are not only highly nutritious, they pack a big punch in flavor. Don’t confuse these with sprouting. We talk about that and show you the difference. Microgreens are very expensive if you can find them in the stores. I’ll show you how easy it is to do at home for pennies. Easily.
Class is 75 minutes long and is held in a very comfortable environment at my home and includes:
*Tasting of 3 or 4 varieties of microgreeens
*Putting a microgreen container together
*Microgreen container to take home
*Brochure highlighting the important points of class
This is a pre-paid venmo event. Cost is $50 per person and class size is limited. I’ll need a minimum of 5 and will cut off registration when I reach the maximum number of people I can comfortably seat. If I don’t reach the minimum I will refund your money. This is a really fun class that people enjoy. You won’t believe what you’ll end up growing, and what these look like when they’re done. Get ready to have a better eating experience. Learn all the basics of the square foot gardening system in this 90 minute class. Upon leaving you’ll be able to start your garden immediately. Don’t rely on the poor information floating around on the internet about “how to” square foot garden. Learn it from someone who has done it successfully for 15 years and who was trained by the inventor of the system himself. There won’t be time to discuss the advanced techniques of SFG in this class but you’ll have the 10 basic steps. Feel free to contact me for further information.

Hey Emma, it was good having lunch with friends today. Tom is a major crack-up as you already know. This class in early March is free but it’s in Tooele. It begins at 11:00 and goes until 1:00. It’s a great one to attend as it’s usually well attended by all the busy-bees wanting to get an early jump on the season. It doesn’t really take that long to get there-it’s at the library.
